Welcome to the Premiere Fitness Studio!

 

We want to provide accountability in every way – including physical activity.

We all know that exercise is essential for good health – at least 150 minutes per week.

Physical activity is also important for weight loss, and plays a key role in weight maintenance.

Based on your individual goals and underlying health, our fitness instructor will design a personalized exercise program.

Premiere Fitness Studio is a designated area that provides appropriate fitness instruction in an individualized or small group setting. Instruction is overseen by Dr. Patel and led by a certified fitness instructor.

Our goal is to create and teach a customized, safe, and enjoyable fitness plan so you can maximize your success for weight loss/maintenance and overall good health.
