Physical activity plays a very important role not just for weight loss and weight maintenance, but also for overall good health. Currently, at least 150 minutes of exercise per week is recommended for overall good health, to include both cardio and strength training. However, based on individual goals and underlying health, it is very important to design a personalized exercise program.
Our Premiere Fitness Studio is a designated area that provides appropriate fitness instruction in an individualized or small group setting. Instruction is overseen by Dr. Patel and led by experts in exercise physiology.
Our goal is to create and teach a customized, safe, and enjoyable fitness plan so you can maximize your success for weight loss/maintenance and overall good health.
