We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Our approach is personalized, flexible, and supportive every step of the way.
We accept all major insurance plans, and most provider and dietary counseling visits are typically covered. If you find that your insurance is not covering your visits, please let us know—we’re happy to help and may be able to work with your insurance company to get it resolved.
Keep in mind that even if a service is covered, you may still be responsible for the cost until your deductible is met. A deductible is the amount you pay out of pocket each year before your insurance starts paying its share. Once you’ve met your deductible, your insurance will begin covering more of the cost for your visits.

- Medical history & current medications – we will work with your PCP or specialist to help co-manage obesity related health conditions.
- Body composition analysis (SECA scan)
- Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test
- Labs work/EKG if needed
This allows us to create a plan tailored to your body and lifestyle.
2. Personalized Plan Creation
Based on your results and goals, we design a customized program that can include:
- Prescription weight loss medications (e.g., GLP-1s)
- Protein-rich meal replacements or structured meal planning
- Exercise and activity guidance
- Behavioral support

3. Ongoing Coaching & Support
You will have regular check-ins with our team to:
- Monitor your progress
- Adjust your medications and meal plan
