Gaurav Mehta, M.D.
We are delighted to welcome Dr. Gaurav Mehta to Physicians Premiere, where he will be leading care at our Fair Oaks office, offering both Concierge Primary Care and Obesity Medicine services.
Dr. Mehta is triple board-certified in Family Medicine, Obesity Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine. He brings extensive experience in patient-centered care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management, with a strong focus on long-term, sustainable wellness. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Illinois, where he also served as a clinical preceptor and mentor for third and fourth year medical students. During his residency, Dr. Mehta was actively involved in several leadership committees. Dr. Mehta is known for combining clinical expertise with a compassionate, thoughtful approach helping patients navigate their health and wellness at every stage of life.

Dr. Patel is a highly respected physician with over two decades of experience in primary care and a specialized focus in obesity medicine. She founded Physicians Premiere Weight & Wellness Center with a mission to provide real, lasting solutions for people struggling with weight – free of judgment and full of support.
Dr. Patel understands the complex biology of weight gain and weight loss, and she brings empathy, education, and empowerment to every patient she sees.
