What Is Billed to Insurance

HSA / FSA Eligibility
In many cases, concierge membership fees may be eligible for reimbursement through HSA or FSA accounts. We recommend confirming eligibility with your plan administrator.

Charter Members are the first 30 patients accepted into our Concierge Primary Care program.
As a Charter Member, your annual membership rate will never increase as long as your membership remains active and uninterrupted.
